Shipping Rates - PinoyBox:
Our prices are fixed prices. The price list applies to shipping our PinoyBox by sea freight. The net volume is approx. 173 liters (inside dimensions: 72 x 43 x 56 cm). In the table we have taken into account discounts ("bulk discount"), which we grant in case that we collect more than one PinoyBox at one particular pickup address at the same time, regardless of the consignee’s address.
Our PinoyBoxes are custom-made. The dimensions are matching the interior dimensions of ISO sea containers. Therefore, the same discount will only be granted for third-party Balikbayan boxes if the following dimensions are not exceeded:
- Length: max. 75 cm
- Width: max. 46 cm
- Height: max. 58 cm
When packing your packages, please make sure to adhere to
the above dimensions!
For packages with other dimensions, bulky packages and packages that are
smaller than our PinoyBox, the following conditions apply:
- no "Bulk Discount"
- Shipping charges are billed depending on their shipping volume
Difficult access and collection conditions:
Our friendly drivers pick up your shipments from your home uncomplainingly, regardless of your living situation. Pick-ups from ground floor
or up to the second floor usually do not cause any difficulties. Even on
higher floors with an elevator, your parcels will also be picked up at no extra
costs.
However, in the past our drivers had to pick up parcels from:
- basement floors that are
difficult to access
- over unpaved roads or
construction sites
- long arcades or corridors on
upper floors
- from upper floors without
elevator
- via stairwells and corridors
that are blocked by objects
- and similar difficult
situations
Please understand that under conditions as discribed above we kindly ask you that your shipment is made available at your doorstep - among
other things also out of consideration for the health of our employees. Maybe
you have a friendly helper who can give you a hand.

Please understand that we refuse to pick up parcels, which our driver is not able to safely single handed move, handle or carry away with his hand truck. If the weight cannot be determined upon collection, e.g. with the help of your bathroom scales, the weighing will take place after pick up, when our driver will be back at our warehouse. In this case, you will be billed for the weight surcharge retrospectively. PLEASE NOTE: The above prices apply exclusively to cash payment or payment by credit card or electronic cash (ec). Only in exceptional cases, when other payment methods are not available, e. g. when we pick up your shipment at a filed location, or at a third-party, because you are not present in person, or in similar situations. Please contact us or our driver if you have any questions on this topic. If you insist on paying by bank transfer in particular cases, the price given in column 1 (“Basic Price”) always applies. | ||||
The shipping costs include the transport door-to-door by sea freight from your door (except German North Sea Islands) to the consignee in the Philippines (appropriate and intact infrastructure provided). Customs, Import Tax and other Fees and Expenses are included in the shipping price provided that the shipment complies with the requirements of RA10863 (Section 800), also known as the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act (CMTA). Prices are subject to change without notice. The empty box is not included in the shipping costs. | ||||
